Integral Futures is an independent sustainability consulting practice helping organizations move from intent to impact through an end-to-end approach, from awareness and strategy to implementation and long-term integration.

Through collaborations with technical experts, service providers, and innovators, we aim to translate plans into tangible outcomes. Ananya Shah
Founder & Lead Sustainability Consultant
Ananya Shah is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Integral Futures, an independent sustainability advisory supporting organizations in embedding environmental and social considerations into core strategy and operations. Based in India and working globally, she advises clients across sectors including aviation, metals, energy, FMCG, and research institutions.
Ananya holds a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, specializing in Sustainable Systems with a focus on Industrial Ecology and Life Cycle Assessment, and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from Nirma University.
Before founding Integral Futures, Ananya was at ERM, where she worked in corporate sustainability and climate projects spanning LCA modelling, ESG strategy, and nature-positive roadmaps for leading Indian companies. Her experience extends across global collaborations with city governments, research institutions, and SMEs in the U.S. and India, covering GHG accounting, circular economy strategy, and product stewardship.
Ananya now leads Integral Futures, helping organizations embed sustainability into how they think, decide, and act.
